The felony case against Shannon W. Hill, 50, of Wilkes Street, Berkeley Springs, was sent on to Morgan County Circuit Court after Hill waived a preliminary hearing on a charge of violating sex offender registration laws.

Randy Lee Cain, 26, of Homewood Hollow Lane, Berkeley Springs, was given a suspended sentence of 90 days in jail, placed on a year’s probation and ordered to pay $752 in fines & court fees for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages and driving while his license was revoked for DUI.

Justin Moore Blemley, 29, of St. Paul Street, Baltimore, Md. was placed on six months probation and ordered to pay $191 fees for possession of a controlled substance.
