Matthew D. Snow, 33, of Morgan Manor Lane, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $486 fine & fees and given credit for time served for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages.

Tiffany Lynn Compton, 20, of Grade Road, Falling Waters, was ordered to pay $486 fine & fees for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages.

Dustin Scott Knotts, 19, of Sharpsburg Pike, Boonsboro, Md. was given credit for time served and ordered to pay $166 fees for disorderly conduct.

Erma Jean Schaeffer of Stillhouse Lane, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $432 fine & fees for two counts of failing to send a child to school.

Corey Lee Bradley Carpenter, 19, of Carpenter Lane, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $391 fine & fees for possession of a controlled substance.

Marian Angelina Uphold, 42, of Golden Lane, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $322 fine & fees for public intoxication.

Stevie Nicole Stotler, 25, of Concord Avenue, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $291 fine & fees for battery.
