Gary Leo Duckwall, 44, of Spohrs Road, Berkeley Springs was ordered to serve 30 days in jail and pay $290.80 in fines and fees for driving while his license was revoked for DUI.

Robert Edward Rose, 33, of Edden Wood Lane, Hedges-ville was sentenced to 90 days in jail and ordered to pay $190.80 in fines and fees for possessing a controlled substance under 15 grams, second offense. His sentence was suspended for one year probation and participation at the day reporting center.

Ashley Marie Hewitt, 24, of Copperline Trail, Great Cacapon, was sentenced to 90 days in jail and ordered to pay $ 190.80 for possession of a controlled substance, less than 15 grams. Her jail sentence was suspended for one year probation and completing a program at the day reporting center.

Hewitt was also ordered to pay $485 in fines and fees for driving under the influence.

Daniel Thomas Oliver, 22, of Crawford Lane, Great Cacapon was ordered to pay $200.80 in fines and fees for faulty equipment.

David Wayne Foresman, 46, of Tyler Avenue, Export, Pa., was ordered to pay $200.80 in fines and fees for speeding.

Wayne D Shives, 24, of Black Oak Road, Warfords-burg, Pa. was ordered to serve six months unsupervised probation and pay $190.80 in fines and fees for possession of a controlled substance.
