Rocky Neil Riffle, Jr., 34, of Johnsons Mill Road, Berkeley Springs, was given a sentence of 60 days in Eastern Region-al Jail for embezzlement, suspended for one year probation under a pretrial diversion. He was ordered to pay $165.80 in fines and fees, plus restitution of $540.

Norma Elizabeth Bishop, 39, of Copper Line Trail, Great Cacapon was given a sentence of 90 days in jail, suspended for one year probation, for possession of a controlled substance less than fifteen grams. She was also ordered to pay $190.80 in fines and fees.

Xiu Juan Collins, 50, of Whitetail Drive, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $175.80 in fines and fees for impeding traffic.

The case against Kevin Clark Smith, 28, of Luther Michael Road, Berkeley Springs, for driving under the influence was dismissed with agreement to pay $245.80 in fees and complete a DUI Referral Program.
