Jessica N. Kesecker, 29, of Martinsburg Road, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $175.00 in fines and fees for no motor vehicle inspection.
Carmelita J. Cunningham, 41, of Anderson Court, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $690.80 in fines and fees for selling alcohol to a minor.
Carrie E. Chandler, 36, of Paw Paw was ordered to pay $665.80 in fines and fees for selling beer/alcohol to a minor.
The case against Richard Allen Michael Smith, 24, of Waterside Court, Berkeley Springs, for domestic battery and brandishing a deadly weapon was sent to Circuit Court.

Michael J. Burton, 36, of Warfordsburg, Pa., was given a sentence of one year in jail for petit larceny and one year in jail for contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The sentences will run concurrently. He was also ordered to pay $331.60 in court fees.
Kyle E. Harr, 21, of Warfordsburg, Pa., was given six months and one day in jail for obstructing an officer. He was also ordered to pay $190.80 in court fees.
John Kesserlring, 20, of Martinsburg Road, Berkeley Springs, was given 25 days in jail, suspended for one year unsupervised probation and 200 hours community service for fleeing in a vehicle. He was also ordered to pay $665.80 in fees and fines.
George L. Watson, 45, of Martinsburg Road, Berkeley Springs, was given 90 days in jail suspended for one year unsupervised probation for possession of a controlled substance/less than 15 grams. He was also ordered to pay $90.80 in fines and fees.
