Recent sentences by Magistrate Kermit Ambrose:

David A. Stotler, 48, of Winchester Grade Rd., Berkeley Springs, was given a suspended sentence of six months in jail and placed on two years’ probation for DUI first offense. He was also ordered to pay $460.80 in fines and fees.

David Paul Bishop, 24, of Winchester Grade Road, Berkeley Springs, was given a suspended sentence of 30 days in jail and placed on one year probation for stalking. He was also ordered to pay $190.80 in fines.
Peter Kozaczek, 27, of Lincoln Lake Way, Fairfax. Va. was ordered to pay $200.80 in fines and fees for speeding.
Charles Edward Waters, 38, of Pannebaker Avenue, Lewiston, Pa. was ordered to pay $200.80 in fines and fees for driving without a license.

The case against Dorothy M. Hayes, 42, Winchester Street, Paw Paw, for fraud with an access device was sent to Circuit Court.
