The felony forgery case against Betsy Colwell, 23, of Paw Paw was sent on to Morgan County Circuit Court after Colwell waived a preliminary hearing.

Dustin William Thomas, 20, of Gaither Road, Great Cacapon, was given a suspended sentence and placed on a year’s probation for petit larceny. He must also pay $251 restitution and $166 court fees.

Corey Lee-Bradley Carpenter, 39, of Clements Mountain Road, Berkeley Springs, was placed on six months probation and ordered to pay $191 fees for possession of a controlled substance.

Tylor Douglas Engle, 24, of Evitts Creek Road, Bedford, Pa. was credited with time served and ordered to pay $286 fine & fees for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages.

Amy Renee Stanley, 33, of Potomac Street, Paw Paw, was ordered to pay $432 in fines & fees for failing to have registration tag on her dog and failing to vaccinate a pet.

Sarah Elizabeth Hess, 23, of Cold Run Valley Road, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $191 fine & fees for failing to have a registration tag on her dog.
