Spotlighting complaint Martinsburg Road, unable to locate.
Motorist assisted, traffic control for tractor trailer stuck near roadway edge.
Trespassing complaint Clarion Lane.
Standby to keep the peace for family court order Cold Run Valley Road.
December 19
Assisted child protective services with juvenile.
Landlord tenant dispute Johnson Mill Road.
Alarm Earl Weber Road, all secure.
Report of drop cords stolen for scrap Cain Lane.
Arrest of Robert Woods on fugitive warrant.
Arrest of Eric Hoffman for DUI.
December 20
Arrest of Michael Athey for entering without breaking.
Complaint of stolen gas Tower Circle.
Single vehicle accident on Valley Road.
Single vehicle accident Rock Gap Road.
December 21
Investigation into death of juvenile taken from Morgan County to Winchester Medical Center.
Follow up on accident charges of reckless driving, failure to report accident, leaving scene of accident, no insurance, of Taylor Sipe for same.
December 22
Murder investigation initiated in Tri-Lake Park.
Landlord tenant complaint in Paw Paw.
Single vehicle accident Cacapon Road, no injuries.
Attempts to locate suspect from murder investigation reported to be threatening suicide.
December 23
Follow up investigation. PA State Police arrested murder suspect for DUI in Chambersburg, Pa. Morgan County investigators interviewed subject, received confession, secured warrant, recovered victim’s body in Hampshire County near Paw Paw.

December 24
Property dispute South Washington Street.
Welfare check Duane Lane, all secure.
Unwanted person Maggies Lane, male escorted from property.
Two vehicle accident Valley Road, one injury.
Arrest of Gary Walter on domestic battery warrant.
For the week of December 18-December 24 also issued 16 traffic citations, 25 traffic warnings, served 24 civil papers and responded to 40 calls not requiring a report.

Arrest of Todd Ahrens for disorderly conduct.
