The case against Joey Jackson, 19, of Warfordsburg, Pa. was sent on to the January Grand Jury after reason was found to hold him on a charge of first degree robbery.
The case against Joshua A. Schrider, 20, of Sleepy View Lane, Berkeley Springs, was sent on to the Grand Jury after reason was found to hold him on a charge of first degree robbery.
Recent sentences by Magistrate Greg Miller:
Lloyd Howard Fishel III, 46, of Paw Paw Road, Paw Paw was sentenced to six months in jail and ordered to pay $291 fine & court fees for driving while his license was suspended.
Cresencio Gomez Lopez, 23, of Householder Road, Hedgesville, was sentenced
to 60 days in jail and ordered to pay $191 fees for obstructing an officer.
Shawn Andrew MacCum-bee, 27, of Valley Avenue, Winchester, was sentenced to six months in jail – all but 10 days of which were suspended – for destruction of property. He must also pay $191 in fees and do community service work.
Donte Lee Norman, 35, of Audobon Road, Hedgesville, was given a suspended sentence of six months in jail, placed on a year’s probation and ordered to pay $191 fees for battery.
James Eaton of Paw Paw Road, Paw Paw, was given a suspended sentence of six months in jail and placed on a year’s probation for animal cruelty. He must also pay $166 fees and was prohibited from owning animals.
William Theodore Brown, 36, of Spriggs Road, Berkeley Springs, was given a suspended sentence of 90 days in jail and placed on a year’s probation for domestic battery. He must also pay $191 fees and is prohibited from owning firearms.
Nathan Dwayne Spielman, 32, of Berkeley Springs, was sentenced to five days in jail and ordered to pay $461 fine & fees for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages.
Samantha Brady Carbaugh, 26, of South Laurel Avenue, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $352 in restitution & fees for three worthless checks.
Donald Luber, 51, of Great Cacapon was ordered to pay $266 fine & fees for reckless driving.
John Allan Foltz, Jr., 19, of Crystal Falls Drive, Hagerstown, was ordered to pay $241 fine & fees for reckless driving.
