Recent sentences by Magistrate Kermit Ambrose:

Amber Rae Foreman, 21, of Robs Lane, Berkeley Springs, was sentenced to six months in jail and ordered to pay $448 fine & court fees for shoplifting and obstructing an officer.

Daniel James Heron, 59, of Sugarloaf Drive, Monrovia, Md. was ordered to pay $461 fine & fees for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages.

Joel Andre Munico-Cisneros, 20, of Marquette Drive, Martinsburg, was placed on six months probation and ordered to pay $191 fees for possession of marijuana.

Recent sentences by Magistrate Greg Miller:
Cynthia M. Day, 44, of Warfordsburg, Pa. was given a suspended sentence of 90 days in jail for possession of heroin. She was placed on a year’s probation and must work 40 hours of community service and pay $191 court fees.

Selena V. Myer, 39, of Apple Orchard Court, Berkeley Springs, was given a suspended sentence of 90 days in jail for destruction of property. She must pay $191 fees and will be on a year’s probation.

Richard Shawn Wood, 42, of Nicodemus Road, Westminster, Md, was ordered to pay $486 fine & fees for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages.

Thomas Craig Unger, 41, of Remington Lane, Hedgesville, was ordered to pay $486 fine & fees for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages.
