Sheriff Vince Shambaugh reports the following calls, investigations and reports this past week:

September 25
Breaking and entering complaint taken on Winchester Grade Road.
Residential burglar alarm on Camp Hill Road. Accidental set-off. All secure.
Burglary complaint taken on Maverick Lane.
Domestic disturbance on Magnolia Road. Report taken for juvenile petition.
Residential burglar alarm on Biser Street. All secure.

September 26
Arrest of Dennis Strewsberry for probation violation. Transport from Frederick, Md. to ERJ.
Arrest of Daniel Mott on a warrant for burglary, also charged with possession of a controlled substance less than 15 grams.
Report of shots fired on Harmison Lane. Spoke to subject who was a wildlife photographer, all secure.
Report of disorderly conduct on Concord Avenue. Subjects GOA.
Assault complaint taken on Laurel Avenue.

September 27
Report of a burglary in progress on Guinea Way. Unfounded. Found to wildlife in the bushes.
Report of trespass on CSX Road and Airport Road. Advised subjects.
Welfare check on Waugh Road for subject walking the roadway. Subject found and advised. All secure.
Welfare check on Independence Street. Subject was all secure.
Arrest of Danielle M. Norris for failure to appear and probation revocation.

September 28
Residential burglar alarm on Long Hollow Road. All secure. Fire Marshals office conducting a search warrant.
Welfare check on Painted Meadow Lane. Subject all secure.
Verbal domestic disturbance on Valley Road. Advised of options.
Residential burglar alarm on Finch Drive. All secure.
Residential burglar alarm on Calvin Unger Lane, all secure.
Welfare check on Prince Drive. Subject all secure.
Report of trespassing on Huntington Farm Circle. Advised of options.

September 29
Verbal domestic disturbance on Fruit Hill Lane. Male subject GOA, advised female subject of options.
Verbal domestic disturbance at Cacapon Motel.

September 30
Residential burglar alarm on Martinsburg Road. All secure. Accidential trip by homeowner.
Report of wrongful occupation on Princess Drive. Unable to locate.
Residential burglar alarm on J.R. Hovermale Road. All secure.
EMS assisted on Martinsburg Road. Subject GOA.
Single vehicle crash on Timber Ridge Road. One injury.

October 1
Brandishing complaint on Linwood Drive. Subjects located, charges pending.
Report of a reckless driver on Rt. 522 South, unable to locate.
Verbal domestic disturbance on Shoemaker Lane. Advised subjects of options.
