Recent sentences by Magistrate Greg Miller:

Paul Anthony Youngblood, 23, of Clone Run Road, Hedgesville, was sentenced to a year in jail and ordered to pay $441 court fees for two counts of driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages (second offense).

Stephanie Kay McIntire, 41, of Siler Road, Winchester, was given a suspended sentence of six months in jail and placed on a year’s probation for possession of a controlled substance. She must also pay $166 fees.

James William Hess II, 18, of Posey Hollow Road, Berkeley Springs, was placed on a year’s probation and ordered to pay $191 fees for possession of a controlled substance.

Scott C. Shade, 31, of Concord Avenue, Berkeley Springs, was placed on six months probation and ordered to pay $166 fees for possession of a controlled substance.

Michael Scott Fleece, 36, of Berkeley Springs was ordered to pay $876 fine & fees, plus do community service work, for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages and having no proof of insurance.

Jessica Maria Proffitt, 26, of Winchester Grade Road, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $772 fines & fees for driving with no proof of insurance and for vehicle registration and inspection violations.

Stacey D. Neufeld of Paw Paw was ordered to pay $520 in fines, fees & restitution for two worthless checks.

Steven Wayne Flanary, 55, of Dixie Terrace, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $487 fine & fees for disorderly conduct and public intoxication.
Brittany Conaway, 18, of Opequon Lane, Kearneysville, was ordered to pay $372 fine & fees for driving without a license and failure to maintain control of her vehicle.

Matthew David Beadenkopf, 19, of Fairview Drive, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $200 fine & fees for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages.

Jose Antonio Maldonado, 30, of Wildrose Drive, Hedgesville, was ordered to pay $186 fine & fees for unauthorized ATV.

Joseph E. Henry, 56, of Venition Lane, Berkeley Springs, was given a suspended sentence of 30 days in jail and placed on two years probation for unemployment fraud. Henry must also pay $2,950 in restitution and court fees.
