Lawrence Daniel Brest, 53, of Quaker Valley Road, New Paris, Pa. was given a suspended sentence of a year in jail for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages with a minor in the vehicle (second offense). He was placed on a year’s probation and must pay $1,446 fine & court fees.

Philip Charles McAnulty, Jr., 28, of Union Street, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $492 in fines & fees for driving while his license was suspended and having improper windshield tint.
