August 21
Report of a suspicious smell on Wild Rose Lane. Checked the area, unfounded.
Burglary complaint taken on Harmony Way.
August 22
911 hang-up on Rock Gap Road. Subject all secure.
Two vehicle crash in McDonald’s parking lot. Property damage only.
August 23
Two vehicle crash on Valley Road. Vehicles vs. cow. Property damage only.
Search warrant served on Oliver Lane.
Report of grand larceny taken at the Sheriff’s Office.
Child custody issue on Central Avenue, subject advised of options.
Assisted Town of Bath Police Department with a disturbance on Union Street.
Complaint of disorderly subjects on Jim West Road. Subjects GOA.
Welfare check on Martinsburg Road, subjects all secure.
August 24
Suspicious circumstances on S. Washington Street. Unfounded.
Residential burglar alarm on Valley Road. K-9 unit used, residence cleared and secure.
Burglary complaint taken on Barksdale Lane.
Two vehicle crash on Myers Road at the bus garage. Property damage only.
Verbal domestic disturbance on Michaels Chapel Road. Female subject left for the evening.
Welfare check on Duane Lane. Subject all secure.
August 25
Welfare check on Starlight Lane. Subject was secure.
Report of a suspicious person on Winchester Grade Road. Checked the area and unfounded.
August 26
Verbal domestic disturbance on Lou’s Pony Lane. Male subject left for the evening.
Burglary complaint taken on Middle Fork Lane.
Verbal domestic disturbance on Central Avenue. Issue resolved.
Report of a domestic disturbance on Trailblazer Lane. Both subjects secure, report unfounded.
Arrest of Dawn Forsyth for domestic battery.
August 27
Noise complaint on Potomac Street. Report unfounded.
Report of a reckless driver on Hammond Street. Arrest of Blaine Spring for DUI with minor, three other subjects cited for underage consumption.
Residential burglar alarm on Wagon Trail. Residence cleared.
Two vehicle crash on Cacapon Road. Property damage only.
Arrest of John M. Davis on warrant for failure to appear.
