Two men sentenced by judge
Two men were sentenced by Circuit Judge Gina Groh in Morgan County Circuit Court on Monday, August 22.
James Sandridge (a/k/a Jamie Clutter), 19, of Sandmine Road, Berkeley Springs, was sentenced to one to five years in prison for conspiring to break in the Boys & Girls Club in Berkeley Springs in June, 2010. He was given credit for time already served.
Clutter had been sent to the Anthony Center for Youthful Offenders after pleading guilty in June, but was returned here without completing the program, according to the Morgan County Circuit Clerk’s Office.
Brandon Sholes was sentenced to two years in the Eastern Regional Jail after Sholes pled guilty to the misdemeanors of petit larceny and conspiracy.
Judge Groh then suspended the jail sentence and placed Sholes on three years probation.
