Michael Malone, 39, of Highland Way, Berkeley Springs, was sentenced to a year in jail and ordered to pay $686 fine & court costs for domestic battery.

Todd Joseph Bermanski, 25, of Berkeley Springs was sentenced to 10 days in jail and placed on six months probation for driving while his license was suspended (2nd offense) and possession of a small quantity of marijuana. He must also pay $421 in fines & costs.

Jonathan Lee Cline, 21, of Great Cacapon was placed on six months probation and ordered to pay $186 costs for possession of a small quantity of marijuana.
