William Jason Vanpelt, 30, of Blazer Lane, Berkeley Springs, was sentenced to six months & 10 days in jail and ordered to pay $421 in fines & court costs for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages (2nd offense) and driving while license was suspended (2nd offense).

Myrick Peacock of Starlight Lane, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $211 fine & costs for failing to send a child to school.
