Randy Lee Whisner, 29, of Fairfax Street, Berkeley Springs, was sentenced to six months in jail and ordered to pay $286 fine & court costs for driving while his license was suspended for DUI.

Vanessa Kyne of Martinsburg Road, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $421 fine & costs for two counts of failing to send a child to school.

Robert B. Poole, 44, of Hedgesville was ordered to pay $261 fine & costs for unlawful disposal of solid waste.
