ATV complaint in Mawani Village. Area patrolled ATVs not located.
Single vehicle accident at the intersection of Burnt Mill Road. and Chestnut Lane. Driver left the scene, charges are pending.
Petit larceny report taken on Shanghai Road.
August 25
Shoplifting complaint responded to at Rite Aid. Report filed, charges pending.
Shots fired report on Limestone Pond Lane. Home owner located and advised of state laws.
Burglary report taken on Jackson Lane.
911 Hang up responded to on Bears Lope Lane. All secure.
August 26
Alarm on School House Road. All appeared secure.
Assist WVSP with a domestic dispute on Deer Run Road.
ATV complaint on Duckwall Road. Unable to locate.
Two separate burglary reports taken on Sam Householder Road.

Assist BSPD utilizing Sheriff's K-9 on a traffic stop in town.

Arrest of Gregory Forney for driving suspended second offense.

Abandoned vehicle reported on Moose lot. Unable to determine ownership.
ATV complaints on Youngblood Road. One ATV located and stopped in vicinity. Rider issued citiations for ATV on county road and driving suspended.
Protective order violation report in Crest View Subdivision.
Arrest of Tonya Riggleman for an EPO violation.

Bear struck on Valley Road. Bear put down by MCSD deputy, WVDNR contacted.
September 4
Arrest of Vernon "VJ" Kerns on a warrants for murder and conspiracy.
Alarm on Whisner Avenue. All in order.
Larceny report taken on Mason Road.

Single vehicle accident investigated on Rt. 9.
Arrest of Brittney Gordon on a fradulent schemes warrent.
Arrest of Christopher Moore on a fradulent schemes warrant.

Burglary report taken on Dr. Randolph Spencer Drive.

Assist Paw Paw PD with a burglary investigation at the Townhouse Apartments.

Trespassing complaint taken at the Sheriff's Office.
Domestic dispute on Azalea Court. All verbal.
911 Hang up on Swallow Court. All secure.
Domestic battery investigated on Duckwall Road. Charges pending.
September 8
Larceny Bench stolen from a yard on Biser Street.
Destruction of property report taken at the high school.
September 9
Arrest of Robert Howard for obstructing an officer and public intoxication.
September 10
Assist GCWV, BSVFC and PPVFC with a structure fire on Youngblood Road involving a death.
MCSD also issued 83 traffic citations and warnings, served 55 civil papers, conducted six transports, completed seven home confinement checks, responded to 59 service calls and supervised two community service workers there past two weeks.
