Craig Edward Shoemaker, 45, of Shoemaker Lane, Berkeley Springs was sentenced to six months in jail and ordered to pay $421 in fines & court costs for assaulting a police officer and obstructing an officer.

Daniel Curtis Courtney, 19, of Springbrook Drive, Berkeley Springs, was sentenced to 30 days in jail and ordered to pay $236 fine & costs for domestic battery. Eight days of the jail term were suspended and he will be placed on a year's probation.

Joseph M. Adams of Marty Lane, Great Cacapon, was ordered to pay $391 fine, restitution & costs for a worthless check.
