Recent sentences by Magistrate Greg Miller:

Allen P. Sacharov, 54, of East Antietam Street, Hagerstown, was given a suspended sentence of six months in jail for domestic battery. He was placed on a year's probation and must pay restitution of $4,462 and court costs of $186, plus surrender his firearms and attend counseling.

Larry Robert Stroman, 33, of Golden Lane, Berkeley Springs, was given a suspended sentence of 10 days in jail for battery. He must work 60 hours of community service and pay $186 court costs.

Beverly Ann Morrison, 47, of Tenacious Heights, Martinsburg, was ordered to pay $311 fine and costs for unlawful disposal of litter.

Heather Lynn McCoy, 19, of Harness Hills, Great Cacapon, was ordered to pay $236 fine and costs for battery.

Tommy Dale Britt of Sir Johns Run Road, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $181 fine and costs for public intoxication.
