Sentences from Town of Bath Municipal Judge Harley Staggers, Jr. on July 18:
John Daniel Anthony, 46, of 12719 Little Antietam Road, Hagerstown, was ordered to pay $50 fine & costs and placed on six months probation for possession of a small quantity of marijuana.
Kevin Ray Cain, 33, of Nestle Quarry Road, Falling Waters, was ordered to pay $50 fine & costs and placed on six months probation for possession of a controlled substance.
William Joseph Sager, 38, of Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $50 fine & costs and placed on six month probation for possession of a controlled substance.
In addition, two juveniles, whose names were withheld, pled guilty to possession and were ordered to pay $50 fine & costs and placed on six months probation.
