50th anniversary

Dale and Shirley Heiner, of Martinsburg, were honored at a anniversary party at the home of their son and daughter-in-law on March 3, 2007, in celebration of their 50th wedding anniversary. The party was hosted by their daughter and son-in-law, Lydia and Joe Coceres of Glen Burnie, Md. and son and daughter-in-law, Stephen and Cathy Heiner of Martinsburg. Also in attendance were relatives and friends from Maryland, Virginia and Pennsylvania. The Heiners were married March 2, 1957, at the Hancock Presbyterian Church by Rev. Schultz assisted by Rev. Slonaker. The Heiners lived in the Baltimore area for 40 years and upon his retirement from 38 years of government service they moved to Martinsburg. They have three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
