Gary Harding, 21, of Open Meadow Lane, Hedgesville, was sentenced to a year in jail – all but 10 days of which were suspended – for destruction of property. He was ordered to pay $221 fine & court costs and placed on a year's probation.
Shane Alan Ginevan, 29, of Paw Paw was sentenced to six months & a day in jail and ordered to pay $186 costs for obstructing an officer.
Jason Stewart Matthews, 26, of Dense Oak Lane, Berkeley Springs, was given a suspended sentence of 10 days in jail and ordered to pay $186 costs for leaving the scene of an accident. In lieu of the jail time, he must work 80 hours of community service.
Laurie C. Simpson of Breedens Addition, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $714 in fines, restitution & costs for two worthless checks.
James D. Burfoot III, 47, of Falling Waters was ordered to pay $295 restitution & costs for three worthless checks.
George Fredman, 53, of Paw Paw Road, Paw Paw, was ordered to pay $261 fine & costs for unlawful disposal of solid waste.
Tera Lyn Stotler, 17, of Harmison Lane, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay 211 fine & costs for underage possession of tobacco.
