Byrd brings services close to home

U.S. Senator Robert C. Byrd has announced that members of his staff will hold mobile office hours for West Virginians with federally related problems or questions.

They will be in Morgan County Friday, June 29, 10:30 - noon at the Senior Center, 187 South Green Street, Berkeley Springs.

"I have worked for many years to provide high quality service to the people of West Virginia. This mobile office trip is an effort to bring my services closer to home for the people of the area," Byrd said.

The Senator's staff will be on hand to assist people with a broad range of issues including Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid, veterans' benefits and military issues, disability issues, immigration and passports, local economic development and much more.
