Clarification. The reported arrest of Laura Simpson on April 22 should have read for a failure to appear in court warrant not a violation of protective order.

April 23

Alarm on Salmon Lane. Unsecured door, home searched and resecured.

Assist WVSP with a traffic accident with injury on Valley Road.

Lines down on Cacapon Road. Assisted until GCVFC corrected problem.

Alarm on J.R. Hawvermale Way. Unsecured door, building searched by two deputies and K-9. All in order.

Single vehicle accident report taken on WV RT. 9 west.



April 24

Trespassing/tampering w/utilities report taken at Gray Walls Market.

Alarm on Cedar Ridge Lane. All appeared secure.

ATV complaint on Wilson Lane. Parties involved advised of local ATV laws.

Fight at the Wayside Inn. assist WVSP with scene and location of violator.

Arrest of Jerry R. Young for public intoxication.

Single vehicle accident report taken on WV RT. 9 east.

Arrest of Shannon L. Leach on a fugitive from justice warrant.

Fraudulent schemes report taken at the Sheriff's Office.
