Grimes-Payne

Pastor Joe and Sharon Payne of Appleton, N.Y. announce the engagement of their daughter Mindy Leanne Payne to Jeffrey Michael Grimes Jr., son of Mr. Jeffrey and Bobbie Jo Grimes Sr. of Newfane, N.Y.

She is the granddaughter of Raymond and Caroline Rosensteel of Berkeley Springs and Twila Payne of Hedgesville and the late Paul E. Payne, Sr.

A September 2007 wedding is planned at the Hess Road Wesleyan Church in Appleton, N.Y.

Unger-Ruckman

Roger and Barbara Ruckman of Berkeley Springs announce the engagement of their daughter, Rebecca Ruckman, to John Unger, son of Randy and Deb Unger of Berkeley Springs.

She is a 2003 graduate of Berkeley Springs High School and is employed with BB&T Bank.

He is a 2001 graduate of Berkeley Springs High School and a member of the WV Air National Guard.
