March 26

Battery complaint on Randolph Spencer Drive. Charges declined.

Animal control issue, horse in roadway on Johnson's Mill Road. Located owner.

Animal control issue, dogs destroying chickens on Murphy Road. Charges pending.

Breaking and entering report taken on Brandywine Lane.

Assist WVSP with a domestic disturbance on Pavilion Lane.

Burglary report taken on Hunter's Camp Road.

March 28

Assist Hancock PD with locating driver who left the scene and came to Morgan County.

Oversee subject in retrieval of belongings at Berryville Circle.

Arrest of a juvenile female on a disorderly conduct warrant.

Alarm at Hunters Hardware. All secure.

Noise complaint in Great Cacapon. Unfounded.

March 29

Fight complaint on Myers Road. Subjects gone on arrival.

Sexual assault complaint taken at Sheriff's office.

K-9 building search of Warm Springs Middle School, results negative.

Alarm on Highland Ridge Road. All appeared secure.

March 30

Singe vehicle accident on River Road. One injury.

Domestic dispute on Spohrs Road. All verbal.

Domestic dispute at Paw Paw Townhouse Apts. Report filed.

Petit larceny report taken on Potomac View Lane.

March 31

Alarm at Douglas Motors. All secure.

Arrest of Meguil Carrillo Hernandez for left of center, no operators license and DUI.

Sexual Assault complaint taken at the Sheriff's office.



April 1

911 Hang up on Terrys' Road. All secure.

April 2

Alarm at State Farm Insurance. All secure.

Grand Larceny report taken on Van Cleve Lane.

April 3

Alarm on Detour Road. All appeared secure.

Domestic Dispute on Touchdown Alley. Both parties advised of options.

April 4

Grand larceny report taken on Short Mountain Lane.

Larceny report taken at Herbs' Auto.

April 5

Alarm at Reed's Pharmacy. All secure.

Arrest of Colton Hunt on a bench warrant.

Arrest of Wesley Mowery for domestic battery.

Domestic battery complaint filed on Green Street.

Arrest of Douglas E. Smith on a worthless check warrant.

April 6

Mental subject. One adult male voluntarily committed to City Hospital.

Alarm at Warm Springs Middle. Unsecured door, search conducted, all secure.

Domestic dispute on Bayonet Point Lane. Advised parties of options.

Alarm on Amberwood Lane. All appeared secure.

Child custody issue at Mawani Village. Advised of civil options.

April 7

K-9 vehicle search at Stonewall Jackson Hill. Numerous illegal drugs and paraphernalia located. Driver charged by WVSP.

Single Vehicle accident on Luther Michael Road.

April 8

Alarm on Twin Fox Trail. All secure.

MCSD also issued 65 traffic citations and warnings, served 42 civil papers, responded to 81 additional service calls not requiring reports, conducted 11 transports and conducted five home confinement checks this past two week period.
