Scott and Tambra Puffenberger announce the birth of their daughter, Lily Paige Puffenberger on February 22, 2007 weighing 7 lbs. 10 ozs. at Martinsburg City Hospital. She has a brother, Jesse and two sisters, Cambria and Chloe. Maternal grandparents are Enos and Linda Ray, Hancock. Paternal grandparents are Keith and Linda Puffenberger, Berkeley Springs. Paternal great-grandfather is Allen Clingerman, Hancock.
