March 12
Arrest of Dennis W. Weese on a warrant for assault, DUI and disorderly conduct.
Arrest of Robert Perry on a warrant for DUI.
Delivery of a controlled substance report filed.
March 13
Attempted breaking and entering report taken on Maverick Trail.
Arrest of Laura Simpson on two worthless check warrants.
March 14
Shots fired complaint on Hilltop Road. Area was patrolled, negative contact.
Domestic assault complaint on Presidential Drive. Report was filed.
Disorderly conduct from a juvenile on a school bus at the bus garage, investigation pending, on bus video to be reviewed.
Arrest of Carrie M. Rhea on a failure to appear in court warrant.
March 15
Alarm at offices on Berkmore Place. Three deputies responded, K-9 deployed, results negative.
Destruction of property report taken in Paw Paw.
Attempted burglary report taken in Paw Paw.
March 16
Alarm at Affordable Auto Sales, all appeared secure.
Assist Paw Paw Police with a publicly intoxicated person.
911 Hang up on Guy Fox Lane, all secure.
Single vehicle accident on Fairview Drive, one person injured, no charges.
March 17
Tampering with a vehicle complaint on Laurel Avenue. Complainant advised of options.
Single vehicle accident responded to on Detour Road. Car into tree, no injuries or charges.
Alarm at the antique store on Fairfax Street. All secure, owner on scene.
Two vehicle accident on Myers Road. No injuries or charges.
Welfare check on Songbird Lane. All secure.
Domestic battery report filed on Waugh Road.
Two vehicle accident on Valley Road, one injury.
Arrest of Robert J. Dudash, III for possession of marijuana.
March 18
Unwanted person at Timber Ridge Motel, person left without recourse.
Arrest of Carolyn M. Bernier for speeding and DUI.
Welfare check on Mountain Road. All secure.
Destruction of property report filed on Laurel Avenue.
MCSD also issued 17 traffic citations and warnings, served 18 civil papers, conducted five transports, four home confinement checks, and responded to 16 additional calls not requiring written reports this past week.
MCSD has also conducted 108 criminal investigations, 36 motor vehicle accident investigations, made 44 criminal arrests and responded to 242 service calls not requiring written reports so far this year.
