Maxwell Arlo McCallister, 66, of Mountain Laurel Drive, Berkeley Springs, was sentenced to a day in jail and ordered to pay $504 fine & costs for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages.

Gabriel Scott Faith, 32, of Cold Run Valley Road, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $211 fine & costs for petit larceny.

Allen Dale Fox, 40, of Hedgesville was sentenced to six months in jail – all but 10 days of which were suspended – for domestic battery. Fox must was placed on a year's probation, must attend counseling and must pay $400 fine & court costs.

Jeffrey Glenn Frey, 19, of Paw Paw was sentenced to 18 hours of community service and ordered to pay $301 fine & costs for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages, under age 21.
