Angel McCoy, 21, of Paw Paw was sentenced to 90 days in jail – 80 of which were suspended — for battery. She must also pay $186 court costs.

Melissa L. Vangosen of Independence Street, Berkeley Springs, was sentenced to 20 days in jail, placed on six months probation and ordered to pay $161 costs for telephone harassment.

Kenneth William Messner, 37, of Sherrill Lane, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $286 fine & costs for driving while his license was suspended.

Robert Lee Fleegle, 39, of North Washington Street, Berkeley Springs, was sentenced to two days in jail, ordered to pay $773 fine & court costs, and placed on six months probation for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages with a minor in the vehicle, and possession of a small quantity of marijuana.
