The case against Jason Payne, 24, of Perry Lane, Berkeley Springs, was sent on for Morgan County Grand Jury consideration after Payne waived a preliminary hearing on two felony charges of nighttime burglary of a non-dwelling building.

William C. Smith, 36, of Mawani Village, Berkeley Springs, was sentenced to a year in jail and ordered to pay $186 court costs for domestic battery.

Patrick G. Vanloo, 61, of Belly Bug Lane, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $261 fine and costs for driving while his license was suspended.

Daniel Earl Tracey, Jr., 40, of Berkeley Springs, was sentenced to six months in jail and ordered to pay $286 fine and court costs for driving while his license was suspended for DUI.

Kevin R. Everitts, 40, of Trimble Avenue, Martinsburg, was sentenced to a day in jail and ordered to pay $529 fine & costs for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages.

Steven C. Henry, 28, of Fairview Drive, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $386 fine and costs for driving while his license was suspended and not using a seatbelt.
