Jeffrey Todd Cole, Jr., 20, of Nature Lane, Warfordsburg, Pa. was sentenced to 90 days in jail and ordered to pay $386 fine & costs for reckless driving.

Ricky Yost, 39, of Fairview Drive, Berkeley Springs, was sentenced to 90 days in jail and ordered to pay $161 costs for telephone harassment.

Harry James Crouse, 39, of Redland Road, Whitacre, Va. was ordered to pay $781 fine, restitution & costs for a false pretenses charge.

David Wayne Buckler of West Main Street, Hancock, was ordered to pay $196 fine & costs for petit larceny.

Samuel H. Chapman of West Main Street, Hancock, was ordered to pay $196 fine & costs for petit larceny.

Teresa Renee Chapman of West Main Street, Hancock, was ordered to pay $196 fine & costs for petit larceny.
