Kevin Stotler, 39, of Paw Paw was sentenced to six months & a day in jail and ordered to pay $661 fine & court costs for fleeing in a vehicle from police. All but 10 days of the jail time was suspended and he was placed on a year's probation.
Cory Joseph Henry, 26, of Venetian Lane, Berkeley Springs, was sentenced to 90 days in jail and ordered to pay $186 costs for possession of a small quantity of marijuana. The jail term runs concurrent with a felony sentence from Morgan County Circuit Court.
Ronald Dean Vangosen II, 25, of George Street, Berkeley Springs, was given a suspended sentence of 60 days in jail and was placed on a year's probation for domestic battery. He must also pay $161 court costs.
Stephen John Myers, 41, of New Hope Road, Berkeley Springs, was sentenced to 30 days in jail and ordered to pay $161 costs for battery. All but 34 hours of the jail term were suspended and he was placed on a year's probation during which he must attend counseling. Myers was also ordered to pay $211 fine & costs for leaving the scene of an accident.
Tina Rene Chambers, 30, of Birch Grove Lane, Berkeley Springs, was placed on six months probation and ordered to pay $186 costs for possession of a small quantity of marijuana.
Evelyn L. Kight, 41, of Golden Lane, Berkeley Springs, was placed on six months probation and ordered to pay $186 costs for possession of a small quantity of marijuana.
Wendy D. Teter of Spielman Road, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $295 in restitution & costs for a worthless check.

Rachel Ann Chapman, 18, of Chapman Street, Berkeley Springs, was sentenced to two days in jail and ordered to pay $529 fine & costs for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages. One day of the jail time was suspended in return for six hours of community service work.
Michael Allen Hutsler, 22, of Sykesville Road, Westminster, Md. was sentenced to a day in jail and ordered to pay $529 fine & costs for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages.
Justin Allen Tusing, 21, of Buckeystown Pike, Adams-town, Md. was ordered to pay $236 fine & costs for contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
