Jonathan Robert Hayes, 21, of Adams Road, Winchester, was sentenced to 30 days in jail and ordered to pay $236 fine & court costs for obstructing an officer. Twenty days of the jail term were suspended and he was placed on a year's probation.
Donald Franklin Fletcher, 61, of Fiddlers Lane, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $336 in fines, restitution & costs for shoplifting.
Timothy Daniel Kelley, 35, of Virginia Line Road, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $286 fine & costs for driving while his license was suspended.
