Man arrested by task force

A Great Cacapon man was arrested an January 4 by the U.S. Marshals' Fugitive Task Force.

Jeffery Shambaugh, 43, was arrested in Martinsburg for allegedly violating the conditions of his probation. He is currently in the Eastern Regional Jail.
