Free hydroptherapy classes at Adventist Church

Free hydrotherapy classes are now being offered at the Berkeley Springs Seventh-day Adventist Church, 3606 Valley Road (Hwy. 522 So.). Twenty-one people from ages 11 to 76 participated in last week’s class.

Instructors are Darlene Cyr, R.N., and Pastor Al Cyr. Their years of experience using hydrotherapy and natural remedies includes time spent in Africa as missionaries, where medical help was not readily available.

The class schedule for March is: March 10, 1:30 p.m., fomentations; and March 28, 6:30 p.m., contrast baths. Information is provided as to how and when to use the various hydrotherapy techniques.
