Engagement

Mr. and Mrs. Dean Walton of Berkeley Springs, announce the engagement of their daughter, Mary Lynn Walton to Jay Brenton Patton, son of Mr. and Mrs. Brenton Patton of Wyoming, Mich.

She graduated from Northern High School in 1998 and from the University of Virginia in 2002 with a bachelor of arts degree in environmental science.

She received a Master of Landscape Architecture from the University of Michigan School of Natural Resources in 2007, and is employed as a landscape architect for the firm of Hoerr Schaudt, Chicago, Ill.

He graduated from Heritage High School, Saginaw, Mich. in 1998 and from Michigan State University with a bachelor of arts business communications degree in 2007.

He is employed as a commercial director with Cutters Studios, Chicago, Ill.

The wedding is planned for early Summer 2013.
