Recent sentences from Magistrate Greg Miller:
Shawn Christopher Kretzer, 22, of Greenway Drive, was sentenced to six months in jail as well as one year probation and $434 in costs and restitution for battery.

Richard Matthew Cole, 20, of Mae Butts Lane, was sentenced to a year of probation and 100 hours community service for assault. He also paid $167 in court costs.

Danielle Joanne Marie Copeland, 22, of Hagerstown, Md., was sentenced to six months unsupervised probation and $166 costs.

Anthony Daniel Soustek, 26, of McHenry Lane, paid $200 fines and $286 court fees for driving under the influence, and $186 fees for possession of a controlled substance. Jail time is suspended until circuit court hearing results are found for a felony case.

Brian Taylor Simmons, 26, of Coshocton, Ohio, paid $200 fines and $286 in costs for driving under the influence.

Clayton Travis Thompson, 39, of Wayne, W.Va., paid $200 fines and $286 in costs for driving under the influence.

Angelique Marie Brathwaithe, 28, of Cincinatti, Ohio, paid $200 fines and $161 costs for permitting driving under the influence.

Daniel Mendez, 37, of North Washington Street, paid $100 fines and $166 costs for having his driving suspended.

Brooke Elizabeth Shambaugh, 18, of Ewing Street, paid a $25 fine and $166 court costs for underage consumption of alcohol.
