Miss Morgan County Scholarship Program

Morgan County students in grades kindergarten through 12th grade will be competing for four titles; Tiny Miss, Little Miss, Junior Miss, and Miss Morgan County; on Sunday, March 17, 2013 in the Berkeley Springs High School Auditorium.

The program will begin at 3 p.m. with doors opening at 2 p.m. The theme of this year’s program is “Boot Scootin Country” and will open with line dance numbers by the contestants in each division.

The 2012 Morgan County titleholders, Kamryn Seltzer, Tiny Miss; McKenzie Davis, Little Miss; Katherine McLaughlin, Junior Miss; and Keri Shetler, Miss Morgan County will entertain and crown the 2013 winners.

The Miss Morgan County Scholarship Program is in its fourth year and coordinated by Executive Director and Shepherd University student, Chelsea Hessler. The Miss Morgan County Scholarship Program is designed to give back to a local non-profit organization.

This year’s proceeds will be donated to the Shenandoah Women’s Center which has locations in Berkeley Springs, Martinsburg and Charles Town.
