Adam Waugh and Toni Darby of Hedgesville announce the birth of their daughter, Parker Elizabeth Waugh on December 15, 2012, weighing 7 lbs. 2 ozs. at Meritus Medical Center, Hagerstown, Md. Paternal grandparents are Mark Waugh and Susan Waugh, both of Berkeley Springs. Maternal grandparents are Reuben and Rebecca Darby of Hedgesville.
