Christina Louann Eller, 34, of Winchester Avenue, Inwood, waived a preliminary hearing on a felony charge of driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages (third offense), and the case was sent on to Morgan County Circuit Court.

Dequan Burnside, 20, of Broadway Street, Berkeley Springs, was sentenced to 30 days in jail and $190 in court fees for battery.

Melissa Ann Mills, 47, of Carrie Lane, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $266 fine & fees for obstructing an officer.
