Recent sentences from Magistrate Kermit Ambrose:
Randy Junior Michael, 45, of Amethyst Lane, Berkeley Springs, was sentenced to six months and a day in jail and ordered to pay $507 in fines & court fees for driving while his license was suspended and attempted extortion by threats.

Recent sentences from Magistrate Greg Miller:
George Washington Rogers III, 51, of Great Cacapon was sentenced to six months and a day in jail and ordered to pay $191 court fees for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages, second offense.

James D. Graham, 30, of Augusta was sentenced to a year in jail – 10 months of which were suspended – for false pretenses. He must also pay $751 in restitution & court fees.

Timothy Lee Faith, 41, of Cochise Lane, Winchester, was sentenced to four days in jail and ordered to pay $432 in fines & fees for petit larceny and trespassing.

Mark Anderson Beddow, 29, of Little Creek Trail, Berkeley Springs, was given a suspended sentence of six months in jail and placed on a year’s probation for possession of a controlled substance. He must also pay $166 fees.

Robert Matthew Mills, 49, of Wilkes Street, Berkeley Springs, was given a suspended sentence of 90 days in jail and placed on a year’s probation for domestic battery. He must also pay $191 fees and attend a counseling program.

Bernie Junior Kuykendall, 60, of Myers Road, Berkeley Springs, was given a suspended sentence of 90 days in jail and placed on a year’s probation for assault. He must also pay $166 fees.

Brady Leigh Hill, 33, of Wilkes Street, Berkeley Springs, was given a suspended sentence of 10 days in jail and ordered to pay $266 fine & fees for possession of a controlled substance. In lieu of jail time, Hill must work 80 hours of community service.

Junior Lee McMahon, 32, of Holly Hill Farms, Berkeley Springs, was placed on six months probation and ordered to pay $166 court fees for possession of a controlled substance. He was also ordered to pay $632 fines & fees for driving while his license was suspended and having no proof of insurance.

David Ralph Fowler, 58, of Charles Town Road, Martinsburg, was sentenced to 36 hours in jail and ordered to pay $583 fine & fees for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages.

Joseph Wayne Crouse, 25, of Bedington Road, Martinsburg, was placed on six months probation and ordered to pay $677 fines & fees for possession of a controlled substance and driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages.

James W. Hendershot, 20, of Lexington Avenue, Cumberland, was placed on six months probation and ordered to pay $191 fees for possession of a controlled substance.

Cody Scott McBee, 18, of North Washington Street, Berkeley Springs, was placed on six months probation and ordered to pay $191 fees for possession of a controlled substance.

Colton Tyler Shambaugh, 21, of Orleans Road, Great Cacapon, was placed on six months probation and ordered to pay $191 fees for possession of a controlled substance.

Anthony Dean Albright, 45, of Martinsburg Road, Hedgesville, was placed on six months probation and ordered to pay $166 fees for possession of a controlled substance.

Robert William Davis II, 30, of Little Valley Road, Saxton, Pa. was ordered to pay $502 fines & fees for possession of a controlled substance and speeding.

Leana Michelle Whitson, 35, of Hilldale Drive, Needmore, Pa., was ordered to pay $486 fine & fees for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages.

Scott Allen Mullen, 37, of Mullen Lane, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $291 fine & fees for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages, second offense.

Misty Dawn Clingerman, 33, of Highland Ridge Road, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $251 fine, restitution & fees for shoplifting.

Joseph Edward Bowers, 21, of Winchester Grade Road, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $201 fine & fees for failure to maintain control of his vehicle.
