Festival of Light in Berkeley Springs November 10, 11
The 14th annual Berkeley Springs Festival of Light is a psychic fair and alternative healing expo staged at the Ice House on Saturday and Sunday, November 10 and 11.
More than 60 practitioners of spiritual and physical healing techniques are featured this year, located on two floors of the building. The festival is open to the public from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days. Maryelen Willinghan is a longtime organizer of the event.
In addition to the practitioners, admission each day includes entry to a major lecture as well as mini-workshops and demonstrations. On Saturday, noted astrologer, Jeanne Mozier, is speaking on 2013 and You, offering predictions for the upcoming year. Sunday’s main lecture features Elmdea Bean Adams speaking about Spontaneous Past Life Recall, an Emerging Phenomena. Workshops on the two days include thermography, aromatherapy, soul purpose, and how to overcome sadness.
Willinghan encourages attendees to visit the special gallery exhibit Warm and Wearable at the Ice House.
The Ice House is located on the corner of Independence and Mercer in the heart of downtown Berkeley Springs. For more information contact 304-258-3509 or 304-582-4449.
