James Matthew Holloman, 28, of Puffenberger Lane, Hedgesville, was ordered to pay $391 fine & court fees for driving while his license was suspended.

Charles Taze Hess, 24, of Great Cacapon was ordered to pay $266 fine & fees for driving while his license was suspended.
