Recent sentences from Magistrate Kermit Ambrose:
Steven Richard Mills, 47, of Mawani Terrace, Berkeley Springs, was bound over to Morgan County Circuit Court on a fugitive from justice warrant.

Bonnie Christine Rymes, 33, of Shanghai Road, Berkeley Springs, was sentenced to six months in jail or home confinement, and ordered to pay $461 fine & court fees, for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages. The charge was pled down from second offense DUI.

Joseph Edward Farrell, 20, of Peer Lane, Berkeley Springs, was sentenced to six months probation and ordered to pay $191 fees for possession of a controlled substance. He was also ordered to pay $486 fine & fees for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages.

Brian Edward Beauregard, 40, of Ridgeview Drive, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $562 in fines & fees for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages and possession of a controlled substance.

Recent sentences from Magistrate Greg Miller:
Scott Calvin Shade, 32, of Concord Avenue, Berkeley Springs, was given a suspended sentence of six months in jail and placed on a year’s probation for possession of a controlled substance. He must also pay $166 court fees.

Dawn Jenkins Kelsey, 18, of Rt. 2, Ridgley, was given a suspended sentence of three days in jail and ordered to work 24 hours of community service and pay $116 fees for underage drinking.

Jason Maslauskas, 33, of Coyote Lane, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $486 fine & fees for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages.

Darrin Gregory of Peter Yost Road, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $85 restitution & fees for two worthless checks.
