Raymond W. Hogbin, 62, of Johnsons Mill Road, Berkeley Springs, was sentenced to 11 days in jail and ordered to pay $529 fine & costs for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages. Ten days of the jail time were suspended and he was placed on six months probation.

The case against Raymond Lawson Unger. 51, of Martinsburg Road, Hedgesville, was sent to Morgan County Circuit Court after Unger waived a preliminary hearing on a felony charge of possession with intent to deliver an illegal substance.
