Robert Portmas, 29, of Ridgeley pled guilty to one count of petit larceny on June 9. His sentence of one year in Eastern Regional Jail was suspended for six months home confinement and one year supervised probation.

Recent sentences by Magistrate Greg Miller:

MacKenzie Michael Miller, 31, of Sir Johns Run Road, Berkeley Springs, was given a suspended sentence of six months in jail and ordered to pay $186 court costs for domestic battery. He was placed on a year's probation and must attend a counseling program.
