Norm Weaver, guest piper, will announce the Eighth Annual Celtic Heritage Celebration with the playing of the Highland pipes at 2:30 p.m.

The Morgan Arts Council presents Mick Souter in concert at the Ice House on Friday, October 19 at 7:30 p.m.

Rankin Physical Therapy & Fitness Center will hold their annual Trunk or Treat and Haunted House in their parking lot on Wednesday, October 31 with trunk or treating 6-8 p.m.

On Saturday, October 20, a pumpkin carving contest will be held in the park from 2 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Prizes will be awarded in three age groups.

Sustainable Berkeley Springs (SBS) is holding its second annual F.E.T.C.H. Film Festival Saturday, November 3 at the Paradox room of the Ice House, in Berkeley Springs.
